Diabetics are often told to mixed their foods. They categorize them into the speed at which they are metabolized into the body, or have benefit.This analogy or example strangely has great application when it comes to Keyword Marketing.

So just the other day I am doing research for a client who provides rodent control as part of his services among other things. He wanted to know how many people in Kansas search for mouse removal or mouse control or whatever variations to see where opportunities may lie. My results back from Google and Yahoo show me my inquiry and every similar variation in the last 30 days. So here is what it may look like.

I get back results like this:

Is Cuil cool?

I would have to say that I do not and will never have the balls to take on Google and announce that I do anything more or better than Google. The new search engine is named Cuil, after the Gaelic word for “wisdom.” Again, I don’t know, have or see the wisdom in confronting Google. The look of www.cuil.com is semi-cuil. The results page is almost disturbing to look at since we are all used to the norm. I cannot figure out where they are getting the thumbnails. Things that are normally number one on Google are sometimes not even on the first page of cuil....
